The Environmental Compliance/Sustainability Manager will oversee the environmental compliance program as well as focus on the company's sustainability efforts. This includes maintaining compliance with OSHA, DOT, EPA, PADEP, and other regulatory authorities while providing the facility with professional guidance for the effective administration of the company's environmental and sustainability program. The role requires working with operations to ensure superior environmental compliance and continuous improvement to support business objectives. The manager will ensure systemic implementation of rigorous root cause analyses, corrective/preventive actions, and sharing of best practices to improve performance and reduce risks. The position also involves driving a superior environmental compliance program through leading by example, coaching, mentoring, and engaging personnel at all levels of the organization. The Environmental Compliance/Sustainability Manager will complete environmental reports (including TRI, Tier II, stormwater DMRs, annual/biennial waste reporting), permit applications, emission inventories, and other technical documents. Solid Waste Management (Hazardous and Non-Hazardous Waste) is also a key responsibility, with the ability to review and approve waste profiles. The manager will lead the sustainability environmental data management process, including the data collection system and analysis, as well as collaborating with site personnel and operations to ensure accuracy of the metrics. Identifying, prioritizing, and implementing sustainability-related initiatives to reduce the overall environmental footprint is essential, with areas of focus including greenhouse gases (GHG), energy use, water use, and waste generation. The manager will monitor industry best practices in strategy and resource efficiency coupled with a strong curiosity for continuous improvement, assist in Carbon Disclosure efforts, and Greenhouse Gas reporting, as well as other Quality, Environmental, Health, and Safety projects.

Requirements
• 6 to 10 years of Environmental management experience.
,
• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering (chemical, environmental, sustainability or closely related field) or environmental science.

• Professional certification (CHMM, QEP, PE, or other professional designation in the field) preferred.
,
• Ability to adapt to changing conditions, priorities, and requirements.
,
• Strong communication, teamwork, analysis, judgment, and customer focus skills.
