Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Environmental Project Manager to join our team in Boston, MA. As an Environmental Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, overseeing projects, mentoring junior staff, and making hiring recommendations.

The ideal candidate will have 5-15 years of experience managing environmental projects under state and/or federal regulations and requirements. A strong background in business development, client management, leadership, team building, and interpersonal skills is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage client relationships and develop new business opportunities
• Oversee project planning, coordination, and supervision
• Mentor junior staff and make hiring recommendations

Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geology, Environmental Science, Chemical, Civil, or Environmental Engineering
• Professional license (LSP, LEP, P.E., or P.G.) a plus
• Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations for air, water, and wastewater
• Permitting/compliance experience across various industries
• Regulatory and remediation experience preferred
