• Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to staff to facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure high-quality execution of project tasks.
• Contribute to the development of new skills and expertise within the team.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in environmental science or related field.
• 15+ years of related experience.
• Professional registration or certification, as applicable.
