Job Description

HRTX is seeking an Environmental Sustainability & Impact Analyst in Makati, Philippines. The role involves supporting sustainability integration across investments, tracking ESG performance, and collaborating with teams on responsible practices. Key responsibilities include defining sustainability objectives, implementing management systems, and preparing reports. Candidates should have a background in sustainability or related fields, with some experience in ESG programs. This is a full-time, on-site position with a morning shift.
Location: Makati, On-site I Morning Shift ; Mon-Fri Sustainability & Impact Associate / Analyst Role Overview This role supports the integration of sustainability and impact considerations across investments. You will help translate ESG and social responsibility goals into practical actions, monitor progress at the portfolio level, and engage with teams to strengthen responsible practices.

Key Responsibilities Assist in defining sustainability and impact objectives for investments and portfolio companies Support tracking and reporting of ESG and impact performance metrics Collaborate with portfolio teams to identify risks and opportunities in environmental, social, and governance areas Help implement Environmental & Social Management Systems (ESMS) and social safeguards at the portfolio level Contribute to internal initiatives that promote a culture of sustainability and responsible investing Support preparation of reports, guidance materials, and training for teams on ESG and impact best practices Qualifications Background in sustainability, social sciences, finance, business, or related fields Some experience or exposure to ESG, sustainability programs, or E&S risk management Understanding of environmental and social risk frameworks such as IFC Performance Standards is a plus Familiarity with labor standards, occupational health & safety, or social safeguards preferred Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills Relevant certifications or training (e.g., ESG, OHS, IFC PS courses) advantageous
