Environmental Sustainability Coordinator

As a seasoned professional in environmental management, you will bring your expertise to Lennar Homes as our Division Environmental Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the implementation of our Lennar Environmental Management System (LEMS), ensuring that all division associates are aware of and comply with regulations and best practices. You will work closely with the Regional Environmental Manager, Director of Construction, and regulatory agencies to maintain open communication and foster a culture of sustainability within our organization.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as environmental science, engineering, or construction technology
• At least 2-5 years of experience in construction technology, environmental management/engineering, or a related field
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• A strong working knowledge of laws and regulations related to SWPPPs, storm water runoff, air quality, and safety
