We are seeking a highly skilled Environmental Sustainability Coordinator to join our team at our Claremont, NH facility. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and operating various facilities equipment, including HVAC systems, fire protection systems, and utilities.

Your primary duties will include troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment, as well as executing facility-related projects while ensuring safety and environmental compliance.

This role requires a high degree of independence, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and repair facilities equipment, including HVAC systems, fire protection systems, and utilities
• Perform general facility upkeep, including painting, drywall repair, and office furniture rearrangement
• Assist in fabricating and assembling in-house processes and systems
• Maintain facility inventory and spare parts
• Attend or complete all required safety training

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED; an Associate's degree in a technical field is desired
• 2-4+ years of experience in a facilities related role
• Or equivalent education, experience, and/or training
