We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Management Specialist to join our New England Advisory Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth opportunities, supporting the sales team, and building strong client relationships while contributing to our company's growth and development. Key responsibilities include:
• Maintaining a client-focused perspective with a results-oriented approach, meeting deadlines in compressed timeframe situations.
• Overseeing multiple engagements, providing strategic direction, and ensuring deliverables are designed and executed to a high quality.
• Contributing to identifying core issues to address study objectives and developing associated teamwork plans.

About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience working in an EH&S capacity, including experience working in a professional services group leading project and consulting teams. They should hold professional certification and possess solid verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of Triumvirate and senior client staff. A forward-thinking mentality with a focus on high client satisfaction, meeting project deadlines, and creative problem-solving is essential. The role offers an onsite work model, supporting clients in New England and located out of our Somerville, MA location.
