The Park Planning Fellow at Environment for the Americas in Omaha, NE, will support the Regional Planning and Special Studies Program in developing river management and scenic trail protection plans. Job Description*

The Park Planning Fellow will be responsible for supporting the Regional Planning and Special Studies (PPSS) Program in the development of comprehensive river management plans and scenic trail protection plans. This will involve working closely with the regional public affairs specialist to foster strong relationships through park planning efforts.

You will also be responsible for assisting in the design and implementation of civic engagement strategies to empower stakeholders and partners, and developing communication strategies to generate relevant input for planning processes.

• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
