Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Service Operations Manager 2, for Women and Infants, located in Providence, Rhode Island.

Employees who work at this location are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a term and condition of employment, absent a legally required exception, and are required to report their vaccination status and provide proof of vaccination.

What You Bring
• Exceptional client service mentality and executive presence;
• Responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores;
• Provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and work closely with the Infectious Control department;
• Partner with the Environment of Care Committee, Infection Prevention Director and other key members of hospital leadership;
• Effectively manage the Unit Operating System; and/or
• Support a diverse and inclusive workforce.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience. Minimum Management Experience - 2 years. Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years of work experience in Housekeeping, Environmental or Custodial Services.
