Responsibilities include cleaning, floor care, and handling hazardous waste. The role requires adaptability and knowledge of cleaning procedures. This is a full-time position with no degree required. SpiriTrust Lutheran® seeks Occasional Environmental Services Team Members – Housekeeping at The Village at Sprenkle Drive in York, PA.

General Responsibilities:
• Tasks include mopping, buffing stripping and waxing floors, carpet care, general housekeeping and cleaning on various shifts, and trash removal.
• Ability to adapt procedures, processes, tools, equipment and techniques to accomplish the requirements of the position with minimal supervision.
• Ability to buff, polish and strip floors using heavy equipment in an orderly condition.
• Ability to handle hazardous waste in the proper manner. Knowledge of S.D.S. (Safety Data Sheets) regulations.
• Knowledge of cleaning agents, equipment, and methods of soil removal.
