Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and federal/state regulations.
• Lead teams in cleaning and laundry duties across various shifts.
• Conduct staff training, quality control assessments, and in-service sessions; ensure timely project completions.
• Maintain detailed records of finances, supplies, personnel, and equipment using HCSG software.
• Act as a liaison between building occupants/administrators and HCSG staff; effectively communicate directives.
• Ensure the proper use of protective gear and safe handling of cleaning solutions.
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality while completing tasks on time.
• Represent HCSG positively through courteous interactions with supervisors, co-workers, client staff, residents, and guests.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of two years' experience in healthcare housekeeping and supervisory roles preferred.
• Positive attitude and effective communication skills with building occupants and administration.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is required.
• Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds, push or pull up to 50 pounds, and stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
• Must be capable of performing routine, repetitive tasks continuously.
• Able to work around food and cleaning products safely.
• Follow oral and written instructions proficiently.
• Residency within the service area is required.
