Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking an Environmental Services - Manager in Training in Triadelphia. This 12-week paid program offers hands-on and computer-based training to manage housekeeping, laundry, and floor care in a long-term care facility. Environmental Services - Manager in Training
Become a part of our team as an Environmental Services Manager in Training. In this role, you'll gain the skills to manage your own account and supervise housekeeping, laundry, and floor care operations in a long-term care facility.

The program spans 12 weeks and is both structured and paid. It will provide you with hands-on and computer-based training to effectively manage and oversee environmental services in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities:Help manage and supervise housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff.Learn to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.Engage in staff training, development, and scheduling.Keep records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment.Serve as a liaison between building occupants/administrators and staff, conveying directives effectively.Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus.Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.Maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with building occupants, administration, and leadership.Must have computer skills with the ability to maintain records and complete reports, including web-based reporting.Adherence to COVID-19 vaccination policies is required.Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 50 pounds, with prolonged periods of standing, sitting, bending, and walking.Capability to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously.Must be able to work around food and cleaning products.Ability to follow oral and written instructions and perform routine tasks daily.Residency within the service area is necessary.
