Your Responsibilities
• Manage and supervise housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Lead teams in performing housekeeping and laundry duties across various shifts.
• Oversee staff training, maintain quality control, and facilitate in-service sessions.
• Keep detailed records of income, expenditures, supplies, and personnel using HCSG software.
• Serve as a liaison between building occupants/administrators and HCSG staff, effectively communicating directives.
• Ensure the safe use of cleaning solutions and adherence to safety precautions.
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality while completing tasks on time.
• Represent HCSG positively through courteous interactions with all stakeholders.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Two years of healthcare housekeeping and supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is required.
• Must be able to lift and carry a maximum of 50 pounds and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to perform routine, repetitive tasks consistently.
• Able to work around food and cleaning products.
• Follow both oral and written instructions effectively.
• Residency within the service area is required.
