Responsibilities:
• Manage and supervise housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff, ensuring adherence to policies and compliance with federal/state requirements.
• Lead teams in various housekeeping and laundry duties during different shifts.
• Conduct staff training, quality control, and in-service sessions; ensure timely progress on projects and programs.
• Maintain thorough records regarding income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment using HCSG software.
• Act as a liaison between building occupants and HCSG staff; communicate directives clearly and effectively.
• Utilize protective gear properly; ensure safety measures are followed in using cleaning solutions.
• Exhibit consistent attendance, punctuality, and timely completion of tasks.
• Represent HCSG positively through courteous interactions with clients, colleagues, and residents.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Two years of experience in healthcare housekeeping and supervision is preferred.
• Possess a positive attitude and effective communication skills with all stakeholders.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is required.
• Ability to lift/carry and push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds; must be able to stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously.
• Ability to work around food and cleaning products.
• Able to follow both oral and written instructions.
• Residency within the service area is required.
