Responsibilities

Supervise and manage housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff while ensuring compliance with regulationsLead teams and participate in housekeeping and laundry duties during different shiftsConduct staff training and in-service meetings, maintaining quality controlDocument income, expenses, supplies, personnel, and equipment usage via company softwareAct as a go-between for building occupants/administrators and staff, ensuring clear communicationProperly utilize protective gear and cleaning solutions, maintaining safety standardsEnsure consistent punctuality and task completionFoster positive interactions with colleagues, client staff, residents, and guestsOther duties as needed
QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred2 years of experience in healthcare housekeeping and supervision preferredMaintain a positive demeanor and communicate effectively with all stakeholdersComply with COVID-19 vaccination regulationsPhysically able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and handle necessary physical tasksPerform repetitive tasks consistentlyWork around both food and cleaning productsFollow oral and written instructions
