Clinical Management Consultants is seeking an Environmental Services Assistant Manager for their hospital in Baker City, OR. The role involves overseeing the Environmental Services team to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards. Responsibilities include scheduling, staff management, and training. The position offers a competitive salary of $61,497–$77,365 and benefits, while allowing for outdoor activities in a scenic environment. This is a full-time, on-site position.
An award winning Hospital in Eastern Oregon is looking to add a new Environmental Services Assistant Manager. This Community hospital is expanding so it is looking to bring on more team leaders to continue their service to the community

This trauma center offers many different service lines to the surrounding community including; inpatient and outpatient surgical services, a Birthing Center, Behavioral Health Services, as well as a number of specialty clinics. The Environmental Services Assistant Manager will be a key asset in ensuring facility cleanliness and sanitation standards are maintained. These standards will help continue the award winning service that is being provided to the patients as well as providing a safe working environment for fellow staff members.

The Environmental Services Assistant Manager will report to the Facilities Manager, and will provide day to day oversight of the EVS team. The Facilities Supervisor will lead a team of custodians and act as a liaison between the staff and management to ensure the team has the resources they need to uphold cleanliness standards and protocols.

In this role the Environmental Services Assistant Manager will be responsible for the day to day operation of the EVS team throughout the hospital. The Supervisor will be responsible for scheduling, implementing and upholding standards of cleanliness as well as people management and conflict resolution. Also the Facilities supervisor will be responsible for mentorship and training of all staff members. The Facilities Supervisor may also be tasked with being involved with the interview/hiring process of potential new staff members.

The Environmental Services Assistant manager will be able to enjoy the great outdoors with this facility being surrounded by two mountain ranges in Eastern Oregon. Both summer hiking and winter activities such as skiing and snowboarding are available throughout the year. Along with outdoor activities this community has a lively food and music scene offering tons of entertainment to go along with the breathtaking scenery.
