In the role of Environmental Section Leader, we''ll count on you to:

Take responsibility for operations of section including staff development, profitability, morale, quality control and marketing supportFunction as Project Manager and take responsibility for production on projects in addition to management responsibilitiesTake administrative responsibility for section staff and technical service functions, and lead and coordinate services with other sectionsBe involved in marketing planning, proposals and interviewsBe directly involved with industrial and public clients in marketing, project production and related issuesSee that all work is planned, organized, controlled and evaluated through proactive project management systemImplement, monitor and support company policySelect, train, develop and manage technical personnelManage and develop multidiscipline teamsWork cooperatively with National Directors and marketing staff in local and national marketing and production effortsWork with regional and national environmental leadership to implement strategic goals.Oversee and manage projects, in the resources, water, transportation or other markets.Perform other duties as neededLI-BC1'',''!

Required Qualifications
