JOB OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Scientist with a keen interest in the natural sciences to join our Team. RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct environmental assessments, permit preparation, design and completion of investigation and remediation strategies for impacted properties.
• Work with regulatory agencies and possess a working knowledge of current Wisconsin environmental regulations.
• Work with regulatory agencies and possess a working knowledge of current Wisconsin environmental regulations.
• Preparing reports and other technical documents.
• Compiling, evaluating, and analyzing environmental data.
• Field document preparation, field data collection, sampling, processing, and interpretation.
• Collaborating and coordinate work with peers from the environment business, peers from other engineering disciplines, clients, contractors, and sub-consultants.
• Strong scheduling, team building, and budget management skills.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Possess a 4-year degree in environmental engineering/water quality/geology/environmental science.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Completed or able to complete Safety Training for Hazardous Materials (40-hour HAZWOPER) and State of WI and MI Asbestos Inspector accreditation.
• Experience with Phase I & Phase II Environmental Site Assessments
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Travel within a geographic territory (within WI) conducting field work and project oversight; travel to project locations including driving and overnight stays.
