Our award-winning client is seeking an Environmental & Safety Specialist
to join their team.We are seeking a passionate Environmental & Safety Specialist to lead, oversee, and drive all aspects of our safety, health, and environmental (SHE) programs. You will play a critical role in ensuring safe operations, compliance with regulations, and fostering a culture of environmental responsibility.

Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive Environmental & Safety Specialist policies, procedures, and programs.
• Manage SHE program administration, including auditing, monitoring, reporting, and record keeping.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on various Environmental & Safety Specialist issues to all levels of the organization.
• Develop and deliver training programs on Environmental & Safety Specialist topics for employees and contractors.
• Conduct Environmental & Safety Specialist audits, inspections, and investigations to identify and address potential risks.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Safety, Health, and Environment or related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of Environmental & Safety Specialist experience in manufacturing or construction, with experience in chemical manufacturing a plus.
• Demonstrated understanding of relevant SHE regulations and best practices, including:
• Federal and state air, water, and waste regulations.
• EPCRA regulations and reporting.
• OSHA Standards, including Process Safety Management.
• NFPA Standards.
• TSCA reporting requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
