Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Underwriter to lead Environmental lines of business, including Premises Pollution, Pollution Healthcare, Environmental General Liability Exposures, Pollution Legal Liability, Contractors Environmental Liability, Storage Tank and Transmission Liability, etc.

The successful candidate will be responsible for selecting or rejecting risk, pricing, and determining coverage. Additionally, they will analyze coverage & limit requests to establish terms of offer, order and screen related reports to support rating and underwriting process, assess risk quality and initiate appropriate loss prevention actions, and develop and maintain profitable relationships with agents and brokers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, applicants must have at least 2+ years of experience in Environmental Consulting, Underwriting, or a similar field. A Bachelor's Degree is also required.
