Packaging Corporation of America is seeking an experienced Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our team at the International Falls, Minnesota Paper Mill.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to environmental protection, including NPDES and Title V Air Permit Management, Ash Land Application Program, Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasures (SPCC) Plan, Solid and Hazardous Waste Management, Above Ground Storage (AST) Tank Permit, and Risk Management Plan (RMP) Management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental law and regulation, with experience in permit management, enforcement actions, and audit preparation.

The Regulatory Compliance Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential non-compliance issues, develop and implement corrective actions, and maintain accurate records of environmental activities.

This role requires excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
