Environmental Remediation Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Geologist or Environmental Scientist to join our team in Northern California.

Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in environmental site assessments and technical report preparation, with a strong willingness to collaborate with colleagues.

The successful applicant will have hands-on experience with soil borings, monitoring wells, laboratory analysis, Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, environmental permitting, remediation systems, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

This role requires the ability to conduct fieldwork, analyze data, prepare reports, travel occasionally for overnight stays, and apply knowledge to various scenarios.

Responsibilities:

+ Provide technical support to clients across various projects, including environmental characterization, monitoring, permitting, regulatory reporting, Phase I and II due diligence, and construction-related services

+ Collect and interpret soil, groundwater, and air samples

+ Execute fieldwork, manage project schedules and budgets, and supervise contractors

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree in Geology, Environmental Science, Biology, Hydrology, or a related scientific field is required

+ 2-5 years of relevant experience

+ Valid driver's license
