Clean Harbors is seeking an Environmental Remediation Supervisor in Richardson, TX, responsible for overseeing Environmental Technicians and ensuring health and safety compliance. The role requires travel for project needs, with a salary of $95K - $120K and benefits including health insurance and paid time off. Candidates should have 10+ years of experience, including supervisory roles, and must be prepared for physical tasks and emergency responses.
Clean Harbors is actively seeking a dedicated Environmental Remediation Supervisor to join our Remediation Group. This position entails overseeing a team of Environmental Technicians and ensuring adherence to health and safety standards while managing project completion and documentation.

The ideal candidate will be based in Bridgeport, NJ, and must be open to travel for up to 6 weeks as required by project needs.

Compensation: $95K - $120K with daily per diem and travel expenses covered.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain a safe work environment by following established Health and Safety policies.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and corporate policies.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager to guarantee customer satisfaction and manage project challenges.
• Assist in managing field activities and documenting all project-related developments.
• Be prepared to work in various environmental conditions and utilize personal protective equipment effectively.
• Perform emergency response tasks, including hazardous spill responses.
• Utilize mobile devices and Microsoft Office for daily documentation and communication.
• Mentor team members and supervise operational tasks.

Qualifications:
• Proficient knowledge of environmental and civil construction along with relevant regulations.
• ASC or BS/BA in a related field preferred; extensive experience in field operations is a plus.
• 10+ years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Completion of confined space entry and OSHA training required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record are necessary for continued employment.

Physical Requirements:
• Able to perform physical tasks such as lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces.
• Available 24/7 for on-call duties as necessary.
• Strong communication skills in English.
