To be successful in this role you will need a strong technical background and relationship building skills. You will manage projects, maintain existing and develop new client relationships. You will assess client needs, prepare reports, and develop and implement strategies to help clients achieve environmental compliance. You will also help lead local and regional environmental compliance marketing efforts.

The individual should have basic experience and regulatory knowledge in all or some of the service areas listed below:
• Stormwater / SWPPP
• RCRA / Hazardous waste
• Oil Storage / SPCC plans
• Industrial wastewater
• Sustainability
Essential
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Prepare calculations, applications, plans, reports, proposals, and other deliverables.
• Manage projects within budgets and ensure quality and timeliness.
• Develop an understanding of the local and regional market.
• Develop strong working relationships with clients.
• Develop proposals in response to RFPs and client requests.
• Participate in the development of local and regional marketing strategies.
• Support safety efforts to promote safety rules and guidelines.
• Evaluate problems and develop practical solutions that enable our clients to achieve and maintain compliance with environmental regulations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an environmental-related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in a full-time regulatory compliance consulting role.
• Demonstrated solid technical writing ability.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history.
Preferred Requirements:
• Engineer with or the ability to obtain within 6 months of employment.
• 40-Hour OSHA HAZWOPER and current 8-Hr refresher.#J-18808-Ljbffr
