What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Manage multiple Phase I Environmental Site Assessment projects, ensuring quality control throughout their life cycles
• Coordinate the efforts of team members and field staff to deliver projects according to plan
• Cultivate strong relationships with team members for successful and timely project delivery
• Perform quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) reviews of environmental assessments
• Identify and resolve project issues, deliver progress reports, and manage client follow-up and concerns

What is Required (Qualifications)
• Bachelor's Degree in environmental science, environmental engineering, biology, or a similar technical discipline from an accredited university
• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in environmental consulting, due diligence, or risk management-related services
• Extensive knowledge of ASTM-1527 and the Phase I Environmental Site Assessment process
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and deliver quality results on time
• Excellent internal and external communication skills with a strong focus on customer service

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Specific experience with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac report formats
• Exceptional writing skills and the ability to cultivate strong relationships within a team
• Understanding of environmental consulting concepts related to risk management and due diligence
