Environmental Project Manager

Trinity Consultants is seeking an Environmental Project Manager in Burlington, IA, to provide air quality permitting and regulatory compliance services. Responsibilities include assisting clients with EPCRA reporting, hazardous waste management, and NPDES permitting, while ensuring compliance with regulations. Candidates should have a relevant Bachelor's degree and at least five years of experience. A Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred or must be obtainable.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Air Quality Permitting Specialist to join our team at Trinity Consultants. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert air quality permitting and regulatory compliance services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with EPCRA reporting, hazardous waste management, SWPPP & SPCC Plan development and maintenance, and NPDES permitting.
• Evaluate client operations and work practices to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve client compliance and reduce risks.
• Collaborate with clients to develop and maintain effective permitting programs.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree (B. S.) in Chemical, Mechanical, Environmental/Civil Engineering, and or related Atmospheric/Environmental Science from four-year college or university; and at least five years related experience and/or training;
• Must have regulatory, industry, and technical knowledge relating to permit applicability, emission inventories, air dispersion modeling, and federal and state permitting requirements.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or have the ability to obtain an Iowa PE.
