About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sustainability Project Manager to join our team at Rose International. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing energy efficiency programs to meet established goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead design, development, marketing, and implementation of the EV Charging Program under the direction of the Manager of Electric Vehicle Implementation.
• Manage all reporting required by state regulators and oversee all vendors and partner organizations involved in this program.
• Engage with customers/communities, manage program payments, approve program applications, and assist in the process of continuously improving program operation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Public Policy, Financial, or related disciplines, or equivalent experience.
• Three plus years managing complex, high-volume customer-facing programs.
