Environmental Policy Manager

Shannon & Wilson, Inc. is seeking an Environmental Policy Manager in Seattle, WA. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a Master's preferred, and at least 15 years of experience in environmental planning, particularly with SEPA and NEPA documentation. Strong communication skills and project management experience are essential. AICP certification and ESRI ArcGIS experience are desirable. This is a full-time position.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree in planning, ecology, geography, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred. You should have at least 15 years of direct experience in environmental planning, with a strong focus on SEPA and NEPA documentation. Your experience should also include working in multi-disciplinary teams, managing complex projects, and mentoring and coaching staff. Additionally, you should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to prepare clear, concise, and effective technical documents.
