Job Description

DSJ Global is hiring an Environmental Policy Analyst for a remote position. The candidate should have over 5 years of experience in environmental compliance, particularly in Title V Air Permitting within the manufacturing sector. Responsibilities include managing air permits, ensuring compliance with air quality regulations, and providing technical support. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, along with expertise in EPA regulations and environmental reporting.
Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Manager to join our team in a remote capacity. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in environmental compliance, with a strong focus on Title V Air Permitting and regulatory requirements within the manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the preparation, submission, and management of Title V Air Permits for our manufacturing facilities.
• Evaluate and ensure compliance with Title V and other applicable air quality regulations (NSPS, NESHAP, etc.).
• Develop and submit permit renewals, modifications, and amendments in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Provide technical support and guidance regarding air quality and permitting requirements to internal teams.
• Develop and maintain air emission inventories and ensure proper reporting in accordance with regulatory requirements (e.g., EPA's EMIS, TRI, and Toxics Release Inventory).
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in environmental compliance within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Title V Air Permitting is required.
• Strong understanding of EPA regulations, NSPS, NESHAP, MACT, and other air quality-related regulations.
• Experience in environmental auditing, emissions inventory management, and environmental reporting (e.g., TRI, EMIS, SARA 313).
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations as they pertain to air quality and environmental compliance.
• Experience working with state/local environmental agencies and understanding of air permitting processes at the state and federal level.
• Familiarity with environmental management systems (EMS) and ISO 14001 is a plus.
