Position Details:
• Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the implementation of IEC activities under the Swachh Bharat Mission (Urban)
• Develop and execute strategies for urban sanitation and waste management
• Collaborate with government bodies and local authorities on urban planning and environmental initiatives
• Contribute to sustainable urban development projects and environmental planning
• Coordinate, prepare, and deliver presentations to the department, either online or offline, as required
• Prepare project documents and manage documentation related to ongoing projects

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Education: Master’s degree (M-Plan) in Urban Planning, Environmental Planning, or related fields
• Experience:
• 4 to 6 years of professional experience in urban planning or environmental planning
• Specific experience in Swachh Bharat Mission (Urban) and related projects
• In-depth knowledge of urban sanitation, waste management, and environmental regulations
• Skills:
• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage and execute large-scale projects
• Sociocultural competence and interdisciplinary thinking
