Environmental Planner - Senior

347 Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior CEQA/NEPA Environmental Planner for a hybrid position in Roseville, CA. Responsibilities include managing and preparing CEQA/NEPA documents, conducting impact analysis, and business development. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and over 10 years of experience in environmental planning. The position involves minimal travel and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
We have an immediate opportunity for a Senior CEQA/NEPA Environmental Planner in the Placer County area. This individual will also be managing and preparing CEQA and NEPA documents. This can be a hybrid position.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Managing and preparing CEQA and NEPA documents, conducting and overseeing impact analysis
• Responsible for report preparation and document review
• Responsible for business development, staff development, mentoring and client care
• Responsible for collaborating with multidisciplinary staff of an environmental firm
• Ability to prepare and manage complex environmental documentation for a wide variety of local and regional projects
• Will be responsible for building and expanding long-term client relationships and developing new business
• Work with the Director of CEQA/NEPA Services and the Operations Manager to assist with providing leadership, training, and mentorship for the CEQA/NEPA Group
• Minimal travel; may attend client meetings

Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Planning, Urban Planning, Environmental Science or related field
• 10 years plus experience preparing high-quality CEQA documents
• 3 years plus experience managing multidisciplinary projects
• Ability to show successful project management for Northern California cities and counties infrastructure agencies
• Proficiency with MSOffice Software
