Environmental Performance Manager

Candidates should have a relevant bachelor's degree, preferably a postgraduate degree, and at least 6 years of experience in ESG services. Strong communication skills and knowledge of ESG frameworks are essential. This is a full-time position.
• *Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced ESG professional to join our team as an ESG Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our partner in prospecting for new clients and handling the planning and executing of sustainability programs.
• *Key Responsibilities:**

We are looking for someone who can:
• Prospect for new clients and develop strategic relationships.
• Plan and execute sustainability programs that drive results.
• Provide expert guidance on ESG reporting and disclosure.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:
• A bachelor's degree in Environment Science, Environmental Engineering, Sustainability Management, or a related field.
• A postgraduate degree in sustainability-related fields is an advantage.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in delivering sustainability/ESG program services.
• Knowledgeable on most of the major ESG disclosure platforms and reporting frameworks.
• The ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
