Job Description / Responsibility
• Ensure factory compliance with environmental laws, RSC requirements, and international standards.
• Monitor and report on environmental performance, including water usage, air emissions, and waste management.
• Implement and maintain ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System.
• Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and inspections.
• Coordinate environmental training and awareness programs for employees.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies, auditors, and stakeholders.
• Support energy efficiency and pollution prevention initiatives.

Educational Requirements
• Bachelor of Social Science (Pass)
• Bachelor of Social Science (BSS)
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
• Skills Required: Office Management, Environmental Science, Health Safety and Environment, Environmental Management System, Environmental Compliance, Environmental Audit

Experience Requirements
• 3 to 7 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
• Garments,Third Party Auditor (Quality, Health, Environment, Compliance

Additional Requirements
• Minimum 3 Years of experience in a garments/textile factory (preferred).
• Sound knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with RSC (Ready-Made Garments Sustainability Council) guidelines is an advantage.
