Job Role:

This position serves as an entry-level role for individuals looking to gain experience in environmental control systems. As a Field Technician I, you will work under the guidance of senior staff to learn and understand company policies and procedures, focusing on health and safety regulations, quality management, and business conduct.

Main Responsibilities:
• Learning and Adherence: Learns and becomes proficient in understanding and adhering to company policies and procedures, with a primary focus on the Injury and Illness Prevention Plan (IIPP), Quality Management System, and Standards of Business Conduct and Ethics.
• System Operation: Focuses on grasping the fundamentals of operating, monitoring, and maintaining various environmental control systems.
• Task Execution: Collaborates with senior staff to plan and execute assigned tasks, including daily Crew Activity Plans (CAP) and monitoring or adjusting various environmental control system components.

Requirements:
• HAZWOPER Training: 40-Hour HAZWOPER preferred but training will be provided if not current
• Valid Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license and a driving record in good standing
• Meet Physical Requirements: Meet all physical requirements to complete essential duties
