Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Holland, PA, for an Environmental Complex Manager. The Environmental Complex Manager will oversee environmental compliance and sustainability programs at the facility, ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal regulations. The role involves monitoring environmental systems, performing audits, documenting and reporting data, implementing sustainable initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to promote environmental integrity. Supporting employee training, managing permits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives will also be key responsibilities of this role.
Qualifications
Environmental compliance knowledge, including understanding of local, state, and federal regulations, reporting requirements, and systems monitoringExperience in sustainability initiatives, implementation of environmental programs, and continuous improvement practicesAbility to conduct audits, manage permits, and analyze environmental data to inform decision-makingStrong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on training and collaborating with teamsProficiency in environmental management software and toolsBachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related fieldPrior experience in environmental management within the food industry is a plusStrong problem-solving, organizational, and project management capabilities
