Environmental Manager

VirtualVocations is seeking a Global Environmental Manager to oversee EH&S audits, improve audit programs, and provide training on regulations. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in Air Permits, Remediation, and Waste Management. The role requires knowledge of safety regulations and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This is a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities

Administers EH&S audits at operating facilities to identify hazards and compliance issues

Leads the continuous improvement of audit programs and develops new EH&S policies and programs

Consults with the business on new EH&S-related regulations and executes training sessions at corporate and facility levels

Required Qualifications

Typically possesses a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 10 or more years of relevant experience

Experience in Air Permits, Remediation, Waste Management, and / or Permits in the US

In-depth knowledge of relevant safety regulations

Exceptional at training and coaching colleagues on issues relating to EH&S

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software and Internet research
