Requirements and Qualifications

• Tenured Full or Associate Professor with a Ph.D. in a related discipline from an AACSB-accredited school
• Evidence of ongoing research and a record of top-tier publications in general management journals
• A record of teaching effectiveness
• The ability to work effectively with diverse groups of students and faculty

Preferred qualifications include experience in supervising doctoral students, evidence of a strong commitment to internal and external service, and a record of external engagement within Corporate Sustainability and/or Corporate Social Responsibility academic communities.
