About the Role
CERMS's Construction Project Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This involves coordinating with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all aspects of the project are properly managed.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate project meetings with contractors and engineers.
• Monitor and report on project progress.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Develop and implement project schedules and budgets.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience in construction project management.
• NICET, ACI, ICC certifications preferred.

Working Conditions:
• Frequently works outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Occasionally exposed to noise, vibrations, and hazardous materials.
