Job Overview


We’re seeking a Mold Inspection Consultant to serve the Los Angeles and surrounding areas. This full time role is perfect for someone who thrives on fieldwork, is self-motivated, customer-oriented, and has a strong desire to grow in the environmental consulting industry.

Key Responsibilities



Perform professional mold and environmental inspections at residential and commercial properties
Collect environmental samples following strict protocols and best practices
Document findings clearly and thoroughly; write detailed inspection reports using our custom software
Communicate clearly with clients to explain findings and next steps
Collaborate with project managers and office staff to deliver a seamless client experience
Build and maintain relationships with clients, referral partners, and vendors
Stay current on industry practices, certifications, and new technologies
Drive within the greater Portland area to client locations when needed
Maintain the highest standards in ethical business practices and data integrity

Qualifications



Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (No visa sponsorships)
Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean, reliable vehicle
Willingness to travel regularly across Los Angeles and neighboring regions
Experience in mold, environmental assessments, or a related field is a major plus, but not required
General knowledge of building construction and materials preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
Ability to meet deadlines and manage time independently
Tech-savvy; must be comfortable using various software platforms and tools
High school diploma or equivalent required
