Job Description

Weston & Sampson is seeking an Environmental Infrastructure Manager in Manchester, NH, to lead a wastewater engineering team. The role involves managing projects related to wastewater treatment facilities and coordinating with clients and regulatory agencies. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, a valid PE license, and 10-15 years of relevant experience. This is a full-time position.
About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead our wastewater engineering team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of projects that involve the planning, design, and construction administration of infrastructure projects across New Hampshire and Maine.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage project teams on wastewater treatment facilities, pump stations, and collection/conveyance systems.
• Develop and execute project plans, including budgeting and scheduling.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• A valid PE license in New Hampshire, Maine, or Massachusetts (or ability to obtain within six months).
• 10-15 years of relevant experience in engineering or project management roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
