We are seeking an Environmental Impact Specialist to join our Sustainability Team and contribute to our efforts to reduce our environmental footprint and promote sustainable practices.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing energy efficiency and sustainability best practices and design and operational guidelines, upgrading projects across a portfolio of existing buildings, and promoting LEED and healthy building certifications and programs.

You will also work closely with regional and functional teams to advance the execution of sustainability outcomes, participate in the advancement of Alexandria's sustainability guidelines for design and construction projects and operating assets, and serve as a contributor to Alexandria's sustainability disclosures.
