Gaialink is seeking an Environmental Impact Analyst Intern in Ahmedabad, India, to work on sustainability projects. We are seeking motivated individuals to join us in various areas, including operations management, team management, social media, digital marketing, graphics, content strategy, business development, human resources, and journalism/video production.
• Founder's Office: Support the core team in managing projects, coordinating key initiatives, and improving internal processes.
• Team Management: Assist in onboarding, engaging, and managing interns and volunteers across different projects.
• Social Media: Create, schedule, and manage content across platforms to amplify climate action efforts.
• Digital Marketing: Contribute to campaign execution, SEO strategies, email marketing, and digital engagement.
• Graphics: Design compelling visuals for social media, reports, presentations, and outreach campaigns.
• Content Strategy: Develop narratives, articles, blogs, and newsletters that drive awareness and engagement in climate action.
• Business Development: Identify and build collaborations with corporates, NGOs, and startups aligned with our mission.
• Human Resources: Support the human resources department in various functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.
• Journalism/Video Production: Support our initiatives and interview series by creating compelling multimedia content.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, a strong passion for climate action, and a willingness to commit a minimum of 3-6 months to gain meaningful experience and make a tangible contribution.
