Overview

As a Part-time Environmental, Health, Safety & Sustainability Support, you will research and administer governmental regulations, perform data entry and filing, assist with administrative reporting, conduct trainings, and monitor safety functions. This entry-level position is based at our facility located at 5851 Guion Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46254.
Responsibilities
• Ensure compliance with all Federal, State, and local environmental health and safety regulations including OSHA, NFPA, ANSI, EPA, IBC, IFC, and others.
• Perform duties such as data entry, analytics, and generating reports related to environmental, health and safety, sustainability, and security.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and trainings as needed.
• Assist management with related programs and processes.
• Support and facilitate program-related requirements concerning environmental, health & safety, sustainability, ISO 14001 & 45001 management systems, and ESG topics.
• Coordinate and organize committees, trainings, management meetings, and facility tasks.
• Support inspections, investigations, permitting, and auditing requirements related to these topics.
Required Qualifications
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Prior administrative/customer service or industry experience and product knowledge.
• Proficient in written and oral communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated, customer service oriented, and well-organized.
• Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to travel and work a flexible schedule.
• Demonstrate core values of ambition, innovation, integrity, and teamwork.
• Ability to lift, slide, carry, and lower packages weighing 25-50 lbs, up to 100 lbs.
• Pass a drug screening (applicable in US, Puerto Rico, and Guam).
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience or education related to OSHA, EPA, ESG, safety, operations, sustainability, communications, business, or law enforcement.
