Part-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 8:00am - 5:00pm

Up to 28 hours/week
Overview

Working as a Part-time Environmental, Health, Safety & Sustainability Support, you will monitor safety functions within the region by performing data entry, filing, assisting with administrative reporting, conducting trainings, and performing auditing functions.
Responsibilities
• Conduct annual safety trainings and employee orientations periodically.
• Provide District Managers with tools to help branch personnel complete required safety trainings.
• Assist with hazardous material compliance.
• Perform administrative reporting and clerical duties.
• Participate in safety committee meetings.
• Support overall compliance with Federal, State, and local health and safety regulations.Required Qualifications
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver's license and meet driving record requirements for using a company vehicle.
• Prior administrative, customer service, industry experience, or product knowledge.
• Proficient in written and oral communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Highly motivated, self-directed, customer service-oriented.
• Strong organizational, planning, and prioritizing skills.
• Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate core values of ambition, innovation, integrity, and teamwork.
• Ability to lift and carry packages weighing 25-50 lbs, up to 100 lbs.
• Pass required drug screen and background checks.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience or education in OSHA, safety, operations, sustainability, communications, business, or law enforcement.
