Overview

The Client is a leading provider of third-party aluminum recycling and alloy production, with operations across North America. Using advanced technologies, The Client processes aluminum scrap and by-products into reusable metal while minimizing waste and supporting sustainable manufacturing. This role is a Full-Time role based at the Mississauga, Ontario facility.

The Role
• Leading site safety inspections, Gemba walks, and incident investigations.
• Developing and delivering training to meet regulatory and company HSE standards.
• Maintaining environmental compliance and managing reporting requirements.
• Supporting emergency preparedness and response programs.
• Identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities in HSE processes.

The Candidate
• Bachelor’s degree in Health & Safety, Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an HSE role, preferably in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of HSE Management Systems and risk assessment methodologies.
• Experience with HSE tracking software, LMS platforms, and MS Office tools.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interpret safety and environmental regulations.
