EHS Specialist

Location: Orange County, CA

Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain safety programs (e.g., Lockout/Tagout, Fall Protection, Chemical Safety)
• Conduct air, noise, and temperature testing
• Perform safety inspections and audits
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, AQMD, CUPA, DTSC, and other agencies
• Train employees on EHS procedures and regulations
• Maintain safety records and reports

Requirements
• EHS experience in a manufacturing setting
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and compliance systems
• U.S. Citizen or U.S. Person (required for ITAR)
• Degree preferred but not required
