Job Details

Responsibilities
• Develop, implement, and manage EHS programs in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations, including OSHA and EPA standards.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Lead incident investigations to identify root causes of accidents and incidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Conduct risk assessments to evaluate potential hazards and implement appropriate safety measures.
• Develop and deliver safety training programs to educate employees about safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Monitor and report on EHS performance, including incidents, injuries, and compliance issues.
• Work closely with manufacturing teams to integrate safety standards into production processes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, developments, and changes in regulations.
• Collaborate with management to develop strategic plans for continuous improvement in EHS performance.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in EHS management within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and standards, including OSHA and EPA requirements.
