Job Description
ASC Engineered Solutions is seeking an Environmental, Health, Safety Coordinator in Henderson, TN. This full-time role involves supporting the EHS department by managing records, coordinating safety training, ensuring compliance with regulations, and facilitating communication between departments. Key responsibilities include maintaining safety documentation, assisting in audits, and analyzing safety data. The position requires experience in EHS, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Description
The EHS Coordinatoris responsible for providing support for the EHS department in multiple locations across the company. This position involves administrative tasks, document management, and coordination to ensure the organization complies with all EHS regulations.
How You Will Help
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of safety training, incidents, inspections, and other relevant data.
• Organize and file safety-related documents, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with recordkeeping requirements.
• Create and maintain OSHA records, Safety Data Sheets, accident reports
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of safety-related communications, reports, and documentation.
• Facilitate communication between different departments regarding safety policies, procedures, and updates.
• Coordinate safety training sessions, including scheduling, logistics, and tracking attendance.
• Assist in the development and distribution of training materials and resources.
• Support the planning and execution of safety inspections and audits.
• Assist in documenting findings, tracking corrective actions, and ensuring timely resolution of identified issues.
• Stay informed about relevant EHS regulations and standards.
• Assist in ensuring organizational compliance with local, state, and federal safety requirements.
• Compile and analyze safety-related data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Generate reports for management on safety performance and metrics.
What You Will Bring
• Proven experience in an EHS related area.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and standards.
• Strong project management, organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), knowledge of PBI a plus.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
