Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and maintain EH&S policies, programs, and procedures in compliance with OSHA and all applicable regulations
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and ensure safe practices
• Lead safety orientation and training programs for employees, subcontractors, and site personnel
• Investigate incidents and near-misses, complete detailed reports, and implement corrective actions
• Serve as the primary point of contact for safety-related issues across multiple job sites
• Monitor compliance with PPE, fall protection, and other job-specific safety protocols
• Maintain all required documentation including safety manuals, training records, and incident logs
• Collaborate with project managers and field leadership to foster a culture of safety
• Stay up to date on federal, state, and local safety regulations and best practices

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of safety management experience, preferably within the construction industry
• In-depth knowledge of OSHA standards and construction safety regulations
• Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., CHST, CSP, OSHA 30/OSHA 510)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed
• Proficiency in safety software and MS Office Suite
