About the Role

The EHS Manager will oversee our safety program, working with departments to create policies, controls, and forums that promote safety compliance and outcomes across the Velocity Network. This role requires building a culture that empowers safety and fosters a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement effective EHS programs that prioritize proactive safety measures.
• Lead risk management efforts, identifying and mitigating hazards across the organization.
• Mentor and coach team members to enhance safety culture and performance.
• Engage with operational staff to drive safety excellence and collaboration.
• Travel internationally, including overnight stays, as needed.

Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environmental roles.
• Background in automotive or trucking industry (preferred).
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and valid driver's license.
• Proven track record of developing successful EHS programs.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
• Demonstrated success in building and sustaining positive safety cultures.
• Flexibility to travel and adapt to changing situations.
